A few important factors I consider when selling your home:
Highlighting Unseen Amenities - Important amenities such as an oversized garage or great views need to be featured in the write-up. If you have a picturesque vista from almost every room in the house, your property description must say so! Likewise, if a house is private because it backs onto an open space rather than a neighbour's property, this belongs in the description.
Being Specific - Your property description should not simply say "beautiful remodeled kitchen". Instead, I point out the features and brands that prospective buyers covet.
