Residential Property

Buying or selling a home is the largest transaction most of us will be involved in, yet some people take less time with it than they do when buying a new car.

You need to know the right questions to ask, and you cannot take things for granted or rely on anyone other than a qualified real estate agent like myself. My job is to help make the process as easy and as smooth as possible as I always keep my client's best interest at heart.

A picture may be worth a thousand words, but the description in your home listing makes a big difference in how fast and how much your home sells for.

The right description gets your home a second look; the wrong one could sour buyers on the property in a matter of seconds. Choosing words wisely and developing a creative marketing program tailored for you is something I truly enjoy doing.

A few important factors I consider when selling your home:

Highlighting Unseen Amenities - Important amenities such as an oversized garage or great views need to be featured in the write-up. If you have a picturesque vista from almost every room in the house, your property description must say so! Likewise, if a house is private because it backs onto an open space rather than a neighbour's property, this belongs in the description.

Being Specific - Your property description should not simply say "beautiful remodeled kitchen". Instead, I point out the features and brands that prospective buyers covet.

When selling your home, l assist in everything from writing a compelling description for the property; appropriately displaying or staging your home for viewing; and using the right marketing tools in each social media circle to showcase all the features of your property to get your home sold.
